One of the two chairs we purchased was damaged in shipping and they immediately sent us a new one. And they were so nice about it. We use these chairs all the time and love them.

Love the chairs and the phone holder, BUT Drink holder does NOT fit my 40oz. Stanley thermos cup!!!!!! That makes me mad!!!!
Hi Adrienne, thanks for sharing and so glad you love the chairs! Yes, the cup holder accommodates most bottles, cans, cups and mugs up to 32oz - we had to draw the line somewhere ;) But glad you are staying so hydrated!!
Very nice chairs but are a little heavier than I thought. But will be great with the carrying case!

Great chairs! I purchased two of them and used them for the first time last week while fall camping in northern Michigan. Very comfortable and durable. Great purchase!

I purchased two chairs earlier this year and have been very satisfied. I had an issue with one of the chairs which was what I would call an out of the ordinary issue. I reached out to True Places and was contacted within approximately 90 minutes. Later that same day, a new chair was schedule to be sent to me and was shipped out the following day. A company that values customer service and stands behind that value is a rare commodity. True Places exemplifies customer service. A great chair and an OUTSTANDING company!
These are great chairs…and for either indoors or outdoors. They are comfortable, rugged, sturdy and absolutely beautiful! The colors are superb. 👍🏼👊🏻👏👏
Great purchase! Easy to set up and take down. Terrific support! I got the optional accessories (phone holder and drink cup holder. Both attach easily and the carrying case fits everything. Tried it out at soccer game on weekend. Worked perfectly! I’m thrilled with the purchase.
The chair folds up very easily, but it's quite heavy. Not sure I can carry it around for much distance.

I made a mistake when ordering and sent an email to explain my dilemma. Ben reached out immediately after I emailed and told me not to worry, it would be taken care of. I was so impressed with their customer service that I ordered another set of chairs!
This chair has a comfortable seating position. The higher seat height makes the position more like an indoor chair. Very sturdy. The seat and back material is not tight as depicted in the website pictures or web lawn chair. This may add to the comfort.
Great design. Much better for my back than any portable chair I’ve owned. These chairs are sturdy but still lightweight enough to carry across parking lots and fields with no extra effort.
Chairs are light, comfortable, band attractive. Customer service was awesome after I made a mistake ordering - they immediately responded and took care of the issue

I’m 82 and was worried I wouldn’t be able to open and close it. Well, it is like butter, no problem (easy) opening and closing. Also it’s comfortable. I just love it
